Weekend Rental (Top and Bottom Floor’s): Full access to the venue starting Friday morning through Sunday morning. Access is 9am-11pm on Friday, 9am-11pm on Saturday, & from 8am-10am on Sunday for clean-up. Includes a Bridal Suite, 240 gold Chivari chairs, 14 rectangular tables, 30- 60″ round tables, 6- 48″ round tables, 7 cocktail tables, and elevator access for guests and vendors.

All Tables and Chairs included with a maximum of 70 guests.
All amenities excluding Wi-Fi not included but become available during Cocktail hour.

*Bar services

Bar service is required to be done through the Gatsby for $8 per person over 21. This is a 4 hour serve time with 1.5 prior set up.
The $8 includes: bartender(s), cups, napkins, straws, ice, and coolers. The renter would bring all alcohol, mixers, and garnishes, and provide all non-alcoholic beverages and supplies via your caterer or personal delivery
